Theron Hobbs, Sr. is the founding and senior pastor of Crosspoint Worship Center, located in the University City area of Charlotte, North Carolina. At the heartbeat of Crosspoint, since it began in 1988, is its life-giving culture and focus on leading people to a close relationship with God.

Pastor Theron has a deep passion for God and a sincere love for people. As an Ordained Bishop with over 30 years in ministry, Theron truly has a pastor's heart with a strong desire for people to become fully-devoted followers of Christ and experience the fullness of life through living out their God-given purpose. He is compelled by a powerful vision to see individuals, families and college students in the University City and Charlotte area discover the life-transforming love of God.

Along with playing the saxophone and his love for music, Theron enjoys spending time outdoors, connecting with friends and family and cheering for his Florida State football team. Natives of Charlotte, he and his wife Kim have two sons, Theron, Jr, 30, and Tanner, 21.
